My name is Phil Hill, your local agent in Dover, Camden, Smyrna, Milford, Delaware. I have been part of State Farm for over 40 years. Born in Virginia and graduated from West Virginia State College with a Bachelor of Arts. Relocated to Delaware in 1986 as a State Farm Agent. I am married to Regina Hill, who works beside me daily. I have five children and three wonderful grandchildren who partake in the agency just as well. My agency is not a job but a part of our family, which is why we are the agency that cares.

I was one of ministers that started Bible Study and Sunday Worship Service at the James Vaughn Correctional facility in Smyrna, DE back in 1990.
